Terms & Conditions
1) Information on how to enter
and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry
not complying with the set terms and conditions is
invalid.
2) Entry is open to Australian residents.
Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s
associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies,
distributors and wholesalers associated with this promotion
and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3) The competition commences on Monday 22/8/05 at
12:01am EST and closes on Sunday 25/9/05 at 12:59pm EST.
4) To enter to win the prizes, entrants must
purchase any ARMOR ALL product, then call 1900 956 494 and
enter the barcode, their name, address, state and phone
number.
5) Inaudible, incomplete or
incomprehensible entries will be considered ineligible. 1900
maximum call cost is $0.50 inc GST. Calls from a mobile phone
may attract a higher rate.
6) Prizes are drawn at
random at 09:00am EST on Monday 26/9/05 at Level 2,
7-9 Albany Street St Leonards 2065 NSW Australia.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. If
the winner is under 18 years the prize will be awarded to
their parent or legal guardian.
7) If any prize
is unclaimed a second prize draw will take place at Level 2,
7-9 Albany Street, St Leonards 2065 NSW Australia at 09:00am
EST on Thursday 22/12/05.
8) Prize winners are
advised that tax implications may arise from their prize
winnings and they should seek independent advice prior to the
acceptance of the prize. Such advice is not the
responsibility of the Promoter.
9) All winners
will be notified by mail and will be published in the
Australian on Wednesday 28/9/05.
10) The
Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal
injury sustained in connection with any prize/s except for
liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Prizes and values are as follows: 5 x Sony 106cm Plasma
Televisions valued at $AU 5,299 recommended retail price
(RRP) inclusive of GST and 5 x $AU 500 vouchers for food and
drink from either Coles or Woolworths (winner's choice). Each
prize pack is valued at $AU 5799. The total prize pool is
$AU28,995. One prize package is awarded per State
or combination of States as follows:

NSW/ACT 2. QLD 3. VIC/TAS 4.
NT/SA 5. WA.
12) Prize values
are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is
accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes. Where
prizes are unavailable, a similar prize of equal value is
awarded.
13) The Promoter is not
responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or telephone network traffic congestion.
14) The Promoter is not responsible for
any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by
any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in this competition, which may occur in the course
of administration of this competition.
15) Programming and other control errors will
not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless
otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and
conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize
pool will be honoured.
16) Subject to any
approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries
authority, in the event that any prize is unavailable despite
the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure
within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
17) Prizes will only be delivered in
Australia and to the delivery address as entered in the
registration process. Prizes will be delivered before
Thursday 6/10/05.
18) If for any reason
this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether
caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure,
line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,
fraud, technical difficulties or any other cause beyond the
control of the Promoter that may corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or the integrity of the
promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion, (subject to written direction given by a relevant
Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the promotion.
19) Entries are
deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the
Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not
responsible for the receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or
incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring
during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any
problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone,
telephone or computer network or lines, servers, or telephone
or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or
computer network, or any combination thereof, including any
injury or damage to participants or any other
person’s handset or computer related to or
resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any
communication or any materials in this
promotion. 20) All entrant information is
confidential and only used for the purposes of this
competition. As stated in The Privacy Act 1988, consumer
information is protected from further use in any media for
promotional, marketing or publicity purposes or in any market
